Abstract
Kolagenowe zapalenie jelita grubego (KZJG) jest postacią mikroskopowego zapalenia okrężnicy, występującą kilkakrotnie częściej u kobiet niż u mężczyzn, szczególnie powyżej 50. roku życia. Manifestuje się przewlekłą wodnistą biegunką. Etiologia schorzenia nie jest wyjaśniona. Autorzy przedstawiają przypadek 57-letniego mężczyzny z KZJG, jego diagnostykę i leczenie w oparciu o aktualne dane z literatury.
