Kompetencje organów zawarte w „Przepisach karnych” ustawy o dozorze technicznym

Abstract
In the hereby article, there were discussed the issues of using criminal regulations marshaled in the Chapter 5th of the Law of 21 December 2000 on Technical Supervision. The authors lead the flaws of the regulations and divulgate the factors, which might have a significant impact on the problems associated with proceeding with them by the public authorities. Especially by Prosecutors and Judges. Therefore, the article includes the suggestions of the legal adjustments, which would effectively minimalize the violations of these regulations.
