Abstract
У статті розглянуто актуальні проблеми управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств в умовах невизначеності зовнішнього середовища. Розглянуто питання щодо вдосконалення управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств на основі застосуванням комплексної моделі інвестиційного менеджменту, яка складається з п'яти взаємопов’язаних складових: управління інвестиційною привабливістю, управління інвестиційними стратегіями, управління інвестиційними ресурсами, управління інвестиційними ризиками, управління інвестиційним портфелем. In the article the actual problems of investment activity of enterprises in the uncertain environment. The issues concerning the improvement of investment activity of the enterprises on the basis of a comprehensive investment management model, which consists of five interrelated components: management of investment attraction, investment management strategies, management of investment resources, investment risk management, investment portfolio management. Given the systemic administration, the article identified and discussed features multilevel system of investment management. The identified subjects, objects, hierarchical ordering controls.
