Abstract
O.V. Mandych. Components developing strategies improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The article deals with the issue of development strategy to increase the competitiveness of enterprises through the disclosure of its basic elements and trends, as well as the plan of a competitive business strategy that focuses on growth performance operations. It should also be noted that the operating efficiency of the company is one of the most important components that have a direct impact on their competitiveness. However, each individual company is in a unique competitive environment in the respective stages of their life cycle and operates in specific market structure, which isolates the presence of the latter. Depending on the operation of enterprises above features important to prioritize components that allow to determine their level of competitiveness.
