Abstract
Bilans zysków i strat sprawia, że komputer staje się jednym z ważniejszych wynalazków XX wieku, znajdując zastosowanie niemal w każdej dziedzinie życia. W artykule podjęto próbę przedstawienia, jakim komputer może być ułatwieniem w procesie zarządzania nieruchomościami oraz w jaki sposób wykorzystywać go efektywnie. Ponadto przedstawiono pojęcie zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego oraz zalety i wady, jakie niesie ze sobą zastosowanie takiego rozwiązania w przedsiębiorstwie zajmującym się zarządzaniem nieruchomościami.
