Abstract
Treść artykułu oparta jest na zasadach panujących w relacji nauczyciela z uczniami w procesie komunikacji. Punkt wyjścia dla rozważań nad powyższym tematem stanowi praca początkującego pedagoga w kontekście analizy tekstów literackich. Tekst jest zbiorem wytycznych, pokazującym jak radzić sobie z potencjalnymi niebezpieczeństwami związanymi z nieporozumieniami i konstruktywnie korzystać z szans, jakie przynosi praca z uczniami które są niezmiernie ważne w początkowej fazie pracy nauczyciela. Geniusz Szekspira daje szerokie spojrzenie na temat komunikacji, ponieważ zarówno w komediach jak i dramatach jego autorstwa obserwujemy znaczenie poszczególnych aspektów komunikacyjnych, które w przeniesieniu na relację między uczniami a nauczycielem okazują się najważniejsze.
