Abstract
Condition and Efficiency of the Teacher. Narrative Research of Teaching Staff in Contemporary Schools The article is devoted to the contemporary teacher, his condition and effectiveness of his work. The narrative research presented here focuses on the quality of the teacher’s work. It consists of five pillars: education, introduction to professional work at school, vocational training, working conditions and school institutions.
