Abstract
Conception of competition strategy of increase the efficiency of foreign economic activity enterprises of AIC, that includes the increase competitiveness exportoriented products and international competitiveness the enterprise is offered; increase of competition attractiveness of investment projects the enterprise; increase of competitiveness personnel and control system on enterprises. A decision is reasonable in relation to the choice of competition strategy the foreign economic activity taking into account specialization enterprises of AIC Lviv region.
