Abstract
n the article the basic tools of innovation management techniques used by companies that help businesses find the best solution in the world with the selection, implementation and integration of the most effective management tools. Provided their characteristics and use of global trends in the business. Based on questionnaire data revealed features the use of tools of management, the main directions of the company, the state of world’s leaders satisfaction management tools and identified areas that hamper their effective functioning.
