Abstract

The aim of the article is to present issues concerning the use of direct coercion against the accused. Indication of the basis and methods of the use of direct coercion in the criminal proceedings is extremely important, because of the values in which coercion measures interfere. Regulations which are going to be discussed during the dilatation consists legal rules defined by the Polish Constitutional Tribunal and the European Court of Human Rights.<br/><br/>
