Kontekst polityczny w polskiej myśli filozoficznej po II wojnie światowej (1945-1989)

Abstract
In the article there has been presented an overview of the Polish philosophy in the years 1945-1989. The author has singled out four periods of development of the Polish postwar philosophical thought. They were distinguished mainly due to political changes as the division of philosophical matters at that time corresponded with the political division, with the dominance on the side of politics. The first period falls in the years 1945-1949, when the philosophy of the interwar years was supposed to be continued, despite the great personal losses suffered during the war. The second one (1950-1956) falls in Stalinist years. It was characterized by an increase in significance of Marxism and a severe battle of its followers against other schools, especially against the Lviv-Warsaw School. The third one (1957-1989) starts with the so-called Polish October and ends with the fall of communism and connected political changes. After these changes the fourth period has begun, which lasts up to today. It is in the phase of formation, and therefore the timeframe of the article has been set up until 1989.
