Abstract
У статті розглянуто та запропоновано застосовувати методику контент-аналізу веб-сайтів підприємств фахівцями з еко- номічної кібернетики з метою отримання інформації щодо їх недоліків. Використання SWOT-аналізу із врахуванням отриманої інформації контент-аналізу дозволить вжити заходів щодо підвищення конкурент- них переваг підприємства.
