Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of arguments of the theoretical importance and the applied value with reference to the effects of monitoring counterparties of contractual discipline each other. The protective function of economic contract is analyzed whine legal economic order. The research is considering proper implementation and development control functions of self-control economic entities whine their economic juridical personality. The need of optimize the legal conditions of placement of tax note and the feasibility of standardization of control acts of the holder of the invoice register and economic entities were proved.
