Abstract
The judicial system in Ukraine is actually in state of permanent reform from the moment of its independence. Every reforming period in this purview are usually implement on slogans of ensuring independence of the judiciary the approximation of the national judicial system and the procedure for the execution of court cases to international and European norms and standards. Instead, the practice of realization such reformist ideas over the years of Ukraine's independence has only aggravated the problem.The level of public confidence in the judiciary became very low, level of corruption of judges increased worsened access to fair trial. Therefore, the problem of reforming the judiciary in Ukraine today is actual, since only stable legislation and effective justice are capable of providing a reliable protection of human rights and freedoms, the interests of society and the state
