Koroner Anjiyografi Sonrası Nörolojik Komplikasyon Gelişen Bir Olgu

Abstract
Koroner anjiyografi sonrası nörolojik komplikasyonlar nadir olup insidansı çeşitli çalışmalarda %0,03 ile % 0,06 arasında bildirilmiştir (3,2). Bu komplikasyonlar gecici iskemik atak, amorosis fugaks, geçici kortikal körlük ve fokal nörolojik bulgulardır (12). Bu çalışmada koroner anjiyografi sonrası geçici kortikal körlük ve fokal nörolojik bulgu gelişen bir olgu sunulmuştur.
