«КРИМІНАЛІСТИЧНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ЗЛОЧИНІВ: СУЧАСНІ АСПЕКТИ»

Abstract
Forensic characteristic of crimes is a new and controversial concept of forensic science. It is defined as the basis for building effective crime investigation techniques and is essential for a comprehensive, objective and impartial investigation. The most important condition for a successful investigation is a comprehensive and detailed description of the crime. In the practice of investigation these characteristics have legal criminal, criminological, forensic, legal and psychological and other directions that are necessary during the investigation. Describing the remarkable qualities and features of a crime, the forensic characteristic aims to know in detail the event of a particular crime, the causes and conditions of its commission, and, based on the results of the activities carried out, to propose means and methods of forensic prevention and forecasting of the corresponding category of crimes. Fiery scientific discussion is about the issue of elements of the system of forensic characteristic of crimes, which is a complex comprehensive category, is systemic in nature and assumes the presence of appropriate structural elements. Summarizing the achievements of modern forensic science and taking into account the research, we can include the following elements: 1) the subject of a criminal offense; 2) the method of committing a crime; 3) an investigative depiction of the crime; 4) characteristic of the offender. Forensic characteristic of crimes gives the opportunity to collect, accumulate and remaking of the information in the process of thinking construction of information models of events, for the remaining obvious or probable traces (material and ideal) that are necessary for investigation of a crime. Today the forensic characteristic of crimes is an integral part of most investigative techniques.
