Abstract
As defined by the Constitution of Ukraine the priorities of the state and society require the implementation of active and targeted measures to ensure rights and freedoms of man and citizen. One of the important directions of protection of inalienable human rights to life and health is improving legal regulation and protection of the legal means of health care activities.
