Kształtowanie kultury bezpieczeństwa wśród młodzieży szkolnej

Abstract
Safety and security culture makes the whole of mankind’s achievements in the field of security and safety (protection of life and health). It makes a system of meanings through which a particular group of people understands the threats in the world. The feeling of safety is one of the basic human needs, which enables the development of personality, satisfaction with certain aims, and consequently it ensures self-confidence and self-estimation. Each social group is characterised by a particular level of safety culture. The research problems discussed in the article concern the issue of shaping safety culture among the school youth, especially defining their attitudes towards the problems of the defence of the state.
