Abstract
Article presents formal way of describing characteristics of transportation networks and distributional centres. An approach to forming structure of regional distribution systems basing on determining necessary number and types of distributional centres for given transportation tasks is presented. In order to solve the problem the optimization task adequate to considered situation was built and computed with usage of LINGO9.0.
