Kültüre Edilmiş Glioblastoma Multiforme Hücrelerinin Morfolojisi

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, beş hastadan elde edilen ve kültürü yapılan glioblastoma multiforme hücrelerinin morfolojisini değerlendirmektir. Yapılan malign astrositom doku kültür hücreleri fenotipik olarak polimorfik karakter gösterdi. Çoklu dallanma gösteren ovoid sitoplâzmalı hürceler yanında, uzamış unipolar ve bipolar, iğsi, acayip şekilli, geniş düz hücreler ve çoklu nükleus içren dev hücreler vardı. Glioblastoma multiforme doku kültürü pasajlarına devam edildi ve hücre morfolojileri aynı görünüşte olmaya başladı. Bu çalışmada, in vitro glioblastoma multiforme hücreleri fenotipik olarak heterojen bir yapıda yapıdadır; bu klinik olarak neden tedavi yaklaşımlarında yetersiz kalındığını açıklamaktadır.
