Abstract
The analysis of the process of creating, delivering and receiving the contents of news functioning in media requires taking into consideration a broad cultural context defined by the contemporary discourse of information (news discourse). This means space to create meanings, shared by the sender and recipient, which determines the understanding and interpretation of the events featured in the news services. In addition, tabloidization process leads to changes in communication conventions in the contemporary media. As these media are becoming an integral part of the socialization process, an analysis of the process of “permeating” of a media messages into the structure of social practices is, in the author’s opinion, extremely important.<br/><br/>
