La contribution des résultats RH à l'exploration de la zone obscure "lien GRH-Performance" : Revue de littérature
Journal Title: IOSR journal of Business and Management - Year 2018, Vol 20, Issue 12
Abstract
The review of the literature confirms that the key theme that has occupied scientific publications remains the contribution of HRM to the company's performance (Serge F. Simen et al., 2016). This is a problem that poses a major challenge for theorists and practitioners working in the field of HRM and a key element in understanding the effect that HRM practices have on performance. Several researchers have found a lack of consensus and a clear explanation as to the identification of these practices and the way in which. First generations of studies have proposed three approaches to explain this relationship (Delery et Doty, 1996). But, with the theoretical and methodological difficulties noted, several researchers (Becker et Huselid, 2006; Wright et al., 2003; Youndt et Snell, 2004) recommend to continue research to clarify this relationship called black box. This has led to the emergence of a second generation of studies that focuses on introducing intermediate variables including HR performance.
