LA GERENCIA EDUCATIVA FRENTE A LA CONSTRUCCION DEL PROYECTO EDUCATIVO INSTITUCIONAL

Abstract
In the present work, it analyzes the importance and contextualized construction processes of the Institutional Educational Project based on the general orientations specified in several documents, including the regulations issued by the Ministry of Education. It is a documentary-bibliographic research, so it was resorted to the methods of analysis and synthesis, in order to enable the understanding and interpretation of the processes of construction of referred instrument of strategic planning. It is concluded that the Institutional Educational Project is the guiding tool of socio-educational practices, which are applied with relevance and contextualization; they lead to a solid formation of the human being, according to current social demands. Likewise, in the processes of planning, construction and implementation of the aforementioned strategic planning tool, the active participation of all the members of the educational community is required.
