LA GESTION DE LA QUALITE DES EAUX A TRIPOLI (LIBAN) WATER QUALITY MANAGMENT IN TRIPOLI (LEBANON)

Abstract
Dans la ville de Tripoli au nord du Liban, durant les années précédentes, il n'y avait pas de stratégie claire et nette concernant la politique de l'eau et la gestion des ressources hydrauliques. On travaillait pour le cours terme, et chaque jour on s'efforçait de résoudre les problèmes quotidiens de la qualité de l'eau destinée à la consommation humaine. Après le retour à la paix civile, la ville a connu des périodes critiques où l'eau souffrait d'un problème de qualité et de quantité. Afin de proposer un développement durable des ressources en eau, et essayer de mettre fin aux problèmes hydriques dans la ville, nous avons retracé l'évolution de la qualité de l'eau à Tripoli durant les années 1999-2002, en se referant aux analyses microbiologiques de 12330 échantillons effectuées par le Laboratoire de l'Office des Eaux de Tripoli dans cette période. Ces analyses vont être exploitées pour en tirer les leçons concernant la gestion de l'eau afin d'introduire les actions correctives nécessaires.
