La inteligencia artificial y automatización en la toma de decisiones gerenciales

Abstract
At present, societies have been evolving and are becoming more changing and dynamic that demand greater innovation and use of advanced technologies, promoting areas in the daily life of Huns and in the organizations that they make up. This study analyzes artificial intelligence and automation in managerial decision making, as fundamental tools of expanding organizations. The methodology was based on the prospective approach through structural analysis, to understand the relationship between variables and strategic actors. In turn, this study was based on the theories of Godet (1993). Among the results obtained, the dominated actors must develop strategies to achieve their objectives and build a desirable scenario that promotes an effective implementation of artificial intelligence and automation in managerial decision making in companies
