LABOUR MIGRATION AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE WORKFORCE MARKET

Abstract
The article examines the main types and directions of labour migration, the qualitative choice of labour migrants, as well as the legislative framework that regulates the migration flow. A particular attention is paid to external labour migration, to its positive and negative consequences. The article also examines the influence of labour migration on the competitiveness of Moldovan enterprises; the ratio of the positive and negative impact of migration on the activity of the enterprise. The working conditions of Moldovan migrants are analyzed as well.
