LADY CHATTERLEY AS A LINGUOCULTURAL TYPE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of а linguocultural type of Lady Chatterley in the work of the English novelist D.G. Lawrence ‘Lady Chatterley’s Lover’. In the course of the analysis the invariant and variational components of both, the concept of the ‘linguocultural type’ and the object of the proposed study – Lady Chatterley, were elucidated. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the conceptual content of Lady Chatterley’s linguocultural type and its significance for English linguistics.
