Abstract
The article deals with the problems of language plasticity that in our opinion can be considered as capacity inside of the language transformation process or more exactly, of the meaning. It is confirmed that the language plasticity is spreading by neosemy that is closely related to polysemy. Neosemy explains the transition from the one state of the language to the other one.
