Laser Tonsil Cryptolysis: Perspectives in Airborne Personnel

Abstract

Laser tonsil cryptolysis is a relatively new, minimally-invasive method of chronic caseous tonsillitis and oral malodor treatment. Recently, several reports were published presenting this technique and its clinical outcomes. This review article presents the techniques and the clinical results of the treatments reported in published articles available in the PubMed database.
