Law Efficiency: Anthropological and Eurointegrational Aspects

Abstract
In this article the author examines the issue of the in the context of anthropological principle. The author proves that the objective and the primary purpose of law is to ensure implementation of the principle of justice and humanity. Criteria for the effectiveness of law cannot be considered compliance with legal norms interests of the state and its policies. The law efficiency may be considered sufficient only if the legal rules correspond to human nature and ensure successful interaction with a set of basic human qualities. The author argues that the law should develop on the basis of its interaction with society as legitimate spiritual values, ideals, and in terms of recognizing human as the major source of law.
