LAWFULNESS OF THE REGULATION OF THE PROBLEM OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGES INTO SURFACE WATER BODIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is focus on the analysis of the current Ukrainian water legislation. The research has been done on the improvement of the legal regulation of pollutants discharge with wastewater into water bodies. The approach on the identification of pollution sources and specific water pollutants has been proposed for the development of water control and monitoring systems.
