Leadership conceptions and leadership behavior have been in the focus of science for a long time. The concepts are developed constantly and are frequently the subject of empirical research. Keeping the health of the employees in focus the Workplace Health Management (WHM) as well is an upcoming approach and provides many possibilities in this context.
