Learning Organization and Productivity

Abstract

A Learning organization is an organization that develops the capabilities to create their future. This phenomenon has been raised from 20 years ago with the aim of empowering managers and employees of organizations to cope with the dynamic and turbulent environment, business and competitive advantage of the organization. In these organizations, the delegation of authority, teamwork and team management and collaboration, creativity, and other features that we have discussed in this article explanation, is emphasized. This paper presents an introduction on organizational learning and the importance of different definitions of organizational learning and learning organization expressed its dimensions and material properties and approaches are presented. At the end of the learning organization in relation to the productivity of organizations to become learning organizations are mentioned points.
