LEGA L PROBLEMS IN FORCED AND FR EE WORK USING OF PRISONERS IN DEPRIVATION OF LIBERTY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of improving the existing legal framework regulating the execution of criminal penalties. It is shown that the convict’s right to work should not allow arbitrary interpretation and violations during its implementation. Proposals have been formulated to exclude from practice some grounds for the forced recruitment of convicts to free labor.
