Abstract
The article is devoted to the legal protection problems research of information disclosure in Ukraine. On the basis of the foreign countries legislative acts analysis, the necessity of forming a positive image of the whistleblowers in the Ukrainian society is substantiated. The problematic issues of legal liability of the whistleblowers are singled out and ways of overcoming them are offered.
