LEGAL ADJUSTING OF HANDLING PESTICIDES AND AGROCHEMICALS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Article is devoted to highlighting the essence of legal regulation of behavior of pesticides and agrochemicals, their legislative consolidation. The approaches of different scholars on research questions handling of pesticides and agrochemicals. In this article, four stages of handling pesticides and agrochemicals, each with its legal framework, and managed by a set of regulations. The authors reveal the essence of the concept of «treatment» for a greater understanding of all stages of which are pesticides and agricultural chemicals from the production of new models and ending their disposal.
