Legal aspects of assistance at the childbirth in particular the assistance of mother\'s husband and child\'s father

Abstract
This article treats of legal aspects of childbirth. Polish civil law ensures to a patient the respect of his intimacy and privacy. There exists also the particular regulation in polish legal system concerning the possibility of assistance at any medical procedure. The author describes the participation in the procedure of childbirth. In the case of mariagges the decision of possible assistance at the childbirth should be taken together by both of the parents.
