LEGAL ASPECTS OF REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL LABOUR MIGRATION IN UKRAINE IN THE AGE OF GLOBALISTION

Abstract
In the article a legal basis of the regulation of labor migration in Ukraine is considered, a negative phenomenon of illegal migration is studied and positive and negative effects of labor migration are indentified.
