This article discusses the need for public administration of credit services, the degree of regulation, character and a model in the context of globalization. The effect of globalization processes in the economy on crisis in national banking systems. Also reveals the peculiar properties banks and the banking system, which determine the specificity of public administration of credit services in the banking crisis. Paid attention to the so-called «bubble» that appear in the financial market and measures to overcome them
