LEGAL ASPECTS OF TERMINATION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES

Abstract
The article includes the research on legal regulation of termination of business entities. The main conditions and reasons for termination of entities and persons are determined in this article. The author analyses the current legislation of Ukraine in terms of termination of business entities.
