Legal basis for protection rights and legitimate interests of businesses

Abstract
This article is devoted to research copyright regulations governed by principles that are the basis for actuation legal mechanisms aimed at the task of protecting the rights and legal interests of business entities. Studying the legal basis of rights and legally protected participants of economic relations, presented its own view on these issues, and further substantiated approaches by which is achieved providing constitutional order established in the field of management.
