LEGAL BASIS OF CASH SETTLEMENTS OF ENTERPRISES WITH ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SYSTEMS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The paper discloses the essence of settlement companies, payment systems and electronic payment systems; investigated the legal basis of cash payments of enterprises with the help of electronic payment systems in Ukraine studied the basic legislative acts regulating activity in this area; identified problematic aspects and obstacles to the implementation of cash payments by electronic systems at the present stage of development of the enterprises; It shows the versatility of the object that is causing difficulty in regulation. It is suggested that the normative documents that need to be implemented and to which international legal instruments to navigate to address shortcomings and resolve contentious issues.
