Legal culturality as a necessary condition of development of legal culture

Abstract
The article is devoted to legal culturality as a necessary condition of development of legal culture. It is noted that the development of the law is a broader concept and can be legal culturality subjects, and those subjects who have a defective sense of justice and their activities deny the right. This means that there is no single “ideal” legal culture to strive for individual companies. From the conditions in which law progresses, cultural and legal environment that surrounds the subjects in the moment of historical development, but on the other hand, from legal culturality these entities depends on the nature of the legal culture, its specific content at different levels of human existence – from the humanity to the life of every individual person.
