LEGAL EDUCATION AS TRANSPORTATION INSTRUMENTS OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of issues of legal education as a tool for transforming the judicial system. The analysis of definitions of such concepts as «legal nihilism», «legal culture», «legal education» is carried out. It is substantiated that in economic legal proceedings, procedural behavior of its participants requires the presence of a special professional-ethical component, which is formed, in particular, as a result of pro- fessional legal education. It is noted that professional education form the citizen a complex of such legal and professional knowledge and skills that ensure its formation as a person and specialist of the corres- ponding level.
