ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL REGULATION COUNTER IN THE FIELD OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal and administrative framework for combating regulation in the field of domestic violence, drawing attention to the current state of the legal institution, and also drew attention to the lawmaking activity. Analyzed legal acts in regulation of the functioning of the subjects of the executive authorities and local self-government in the area of the test institute. In today's Ukraine, the legal regulation in the sphere of combating domestic violence is provided by a wide set of interrelated political, economic, technical, organizational, public-legal measures, among which occupies a priority place administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of counteraction of domestic violence. These powers of the executive authorities and local authorities to ensure equal rights and equal opportunities for women and men can be considered a significant positive shift to overcome the negative social stereotypes of subsidiarity, the dependence of women and the limitations of its social role only procreation. These and other stereotypes that have existed since ancient times and continue to take place up to the present time and in Ukraine and in many other countries, have always been one of the causes of violence in the family and domestic violence. On the basis of current legislation made proposals in the area of counter and bringing the Ukrainian legislation to European standards.
