CONCERNING THE CRITERIA OF QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF CRIMINOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE PROSECUTION

Abstract
It is regarding the question of the relevance of the definition of the criteria of quality and efficiency of criminological activities of the prosecutor's office. Paid attention to their interdependence and the urgent need to study both in the theoretical and in practical terms, in close cooperation with other factors that affect on the positive direction of combating crime.
