THE QUESTION OF DEPENDENT FROM AN UNLOCKED ADVANCEMENT

Abstract
The article investigates the problem of the victim's person from illegal abortion. A victim of a crime is a social subject (a physical or legal person, a state, another social entity or society as a whole), whose good, right or interest, protected by a criminal law, is harmed or threatened with causing such a crime. Features of the victim are considered, their classification. The theoretical objective of the classification is to deepen knowledge about its object, which, in turn, requires a comprehensive approach to the study of the victim of a crime. Practical expediency of classification is the correct application of the norms of the current criminal law, the development of directions for its further improvement, bearing in mind the rights of the victim. The question is whether the consent of the victim to abortion is obligatory. Abortion is an unlawful artificial abortion in the presence of its consent to conduct an operation. Socio - demographic features of the victim from illegal abortion are considered. The composition of the victims is divided depending on age, level of education, work status, marital status, the presence of children (of any age), etc.
