Legal examination as a means of analytical activity

Abstract
The article deals with the general theoretical study of legal expert examination of normative legal acts at the stage of normative design as a means of analytical activity, because nowadays more and more scientists in their research activities are turning to means, methods and methods of analysis. The works of different scientists, both domestic and foreign, who were engaged in this subject are analyzed. Separately, the notion of «analytics», «legal analytics» and «analytical activity» are defined, which were considered as a general concept. It is noted that along with the categories of «analytics», «analytical activity» is widely used the concept of «information and analytical activity». The question of «legal expertise» as a concrete concept, that is, as an institute of analytical activity, is investigated. The concept «analyst» and «expert» are revealed. It is noted that the subject conducting the legal examination (expert) should carry out analytical activity. Various approaches to the definition of these concepts are given, as well as the proposed definition of these categories
