LEGAL MECHANISM FOR PROTECTION OF INFORMATIONAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOM OF MAN AND OF A CITIZEN IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the legal mechanism for protecting information rights and freedoms of a man and citizen in Ukraine. In particular, the specifics and components of the relevant legal mechanism are being determined and the prospects for further development in Ukraine are assessed. Also, the article differentiates the concepts of the mechanism for ensuring rights and freedoms, the mechanism for protecting rights and freedoms, the mechanism for exercising the right to protect rights and freedoms.
