Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of the activities of a lawyer in the proceedings on appeals against individual and normative acts. It is worth noting that. It has been established that the following are typical for this category of cases. It should be noted that the activities of a lawyer in the proceedings on appeals against individuals and normative acts – are one of the main problems of the practical implementation of legal assistance when appealing to individuals and normative acts. It has been established that the legal nature of the lawyer’s activities in the case of appeals against individuals and normative acts is the independent professional activity of a lawyer in executing defense, representation and providing other types of legal assistance to a client in proceedings on appealing individual and normative acts.
